Olivia Hogue Sims

Physical Therapist Assistant

Olivia first started at Starkville Physical Therapy as an intern in 2010, and then began working full-time as a technician and later a billing specialist. She graduated from Mississippi State University with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 2010 and a master's degree in Exercise Physiology in 2012. After receiving a Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Itawamba Community College in May 2016, Olivia became a licensed physical therapist assistant at our clinic.

Olivia is a certified Graston provider, and has received her Vestibular Rehabilitation certification from the American Institute of Balance. She is also a LSVT BIG provider for Parkinson’s disease.

Olivia is a Starkville native and a Starkville High School graduate. Olivia is married to Matthew Sims of Isola, MS. Olivia has three boys: Sawyer, Lawson, and Oliver Sims.

Russ Huddleston

Partner & Physical Therapist

Russ Huddleston is the owner of Starkville Physical Therapy. Russ first joined in 2012. Previously, Russ has served in the areas of home health, acute care, outpatient and specialized wheelchair seating & mobility.

He has extensive experience in treating patients using High Velocity Spinal Manipulation, and Temperomandibular disorders.  He is certified in Dry Point Needling, ASTYM, Graston Technique as well as LSVT BIG for treatment of Parkinson’s disease.  Russ is registered with RESNA as an ATP (Assistive Technology Professional), specializing in the evaluation of patients for the proper seating and equipment choices for specialized manual wheelchairs and power wheelchairs. 

A Starkville native, Russ received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Belhaven University in 1993. He went on to earn a Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1995.
